What we do
Twice-weekly handouts
Come to the hall on Monday or Thursday and choose from whatever fresh food we have that week. Everyone gets a bag of groceries to take home. It's free.
Saturday delivery round
If you can't get to the hall, we bring groceries to your door. Our volunteers drive the round on Saturday morning to reach people on the estate who need it most.
How we keep going
We don't have a big budget. The pantry runs on donations of food from local shops, money from residents who believe in what we do, and a small grant from the council. Every tin, every volunteer hour, every pound makes a real difference.
Get involved
We need donations of food and money to keep the pantry open, and we always need more hands sorting stock and driving the Saturday round.
Already volunteering?
Check the rota, see what we need in stock, and find out about the Saturday delivery round. Sign in to the members-only Portal to see what's happening this week.
The portal is for registered volunteers only. Nothing private about the pantry is shown on this public site — the rota, stock requests and delivery schedules are kept secure and only visible to people who sort or drive for us.
