A pantry for Eastfield, run by your neighbours

No referral needed

If you live in Eastfield and need groceries, you can walk in. No forms, no referral letter, no questions asked. We're here for anyone facing food insecurity.

Run by volunteers

Everything that happens here happens because people in Eastfield give their time. We sort stock, pack bags, deliver to people's doors and keep the lights on.

Out of a church hall

We're based in a converted church hall on the estate. It's warm, it's welcoming, and it's ours.

What happens here

What we do

Twice-weekly handouts

Come to the hall on Monday or Thursday and choose from whatever fresh food we have that week. Everyone gets a bag of groceries to take home. It's free.

Saturday delivery round

If you can't get to the hall, we bring groceries to your door. Our volunteers drive the round on Saturday morning to reach people on the estate who need it most.

Keeping us going

How we keep going

We don't have a big budget. The pantry runs on donations of food from local shops, money from residents who believe in what we do, and a small grant from the council. Every tin, every volunteer hour, every pound makes a real difference.
